DMC Power is one of two business units currently operating under the oversight of Global Design Technologies.

In 1938, GDT commenced trading as the Deutsch Company and soon after became the industry leader in the design and manufacture of permanent connectors and tooling for fluid control in demanding applications.

Through DMC (in the United States) and Permaswage (in Paris, France), GDT is able to cater to the global needs of its customers in the Aerospace, Defense, Power and Commercial sectors.
